We mean it.
We don't always take ourselves so seriously, but when it comes to meat, we do. And you taste it. The meat comes from our own cows: straight from the meadows of Ameland. The fish? Directly from the local fishmonger. With these ingredients - and our high-class smoker & charcoal grill - Max creates the best meat & fish dishes for you. Vegetarians don't worry: Max can also do magic with vegetables.
